Normal Tier 11 is purchased using Valor Points (Hands, Legs, and Chest) and by using the appropriate armor tokens (Shoulders, Helm). Heroic mode tokens include shoulders, helm, gloves, legs and chest.Normal mode tokens include only shoulders and helm.Heroic mode tokens can also be purchased with Essence of the Forlorn. Normal and Heroic Mode armor tokens drop from Cataclysm raid bosses. These items are, as usual, interchangeable with their Heroic versions to support set bonuses.
